A Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan is the most advanced 3D X-ray, creating a precise 3D model of your mouth. Your doctor will order it for complex procedures like dental implants, root canals, orthodontics, or impacted teeth, as it allows them to plan the safest and most effective treatment by avoiding nerves and other vital structures.

Our Digital Services replace them with an Intraoral Scan, using a small, comfortable digital scanner to take a fast, precise 3D digital impression of your teeth. Yes! With our Digital Smile Design (DSD) service, we use 3D facial scans and advanced software to design and show you a photorealistic 3D simulation of your new smile. This allows you and your dentist to visualize the final result and make adjustments before any treatment begins.
